I will probably start coming every other monday. I am ultimately looking to meet a few people who would like to come game at my house occasionaly. I have about 66 boardgames and the collection continues to grow. I have a large basement that is good for about 6 of us to game comfortably. see ya soon!

Look forward to meeting you, Jeff. Sounds like you have a nice collection. But I have to warn you, when you hear about Mike's collection, you'll feel grossly inadequate like the rest of us. But don't let that keep you from joining us. We are a very competitive but fun group.

Feel free to bring your favorite games with you tonight. If you want to see what we often play, a complete list of games played can be found on boardgamegeek. Just search for Edwardsville in the threads and you should find us. And I think Adam (ciaran on boardgamegeek) did a geek list with last year's games played based on frequency.

See you tonight.

We play every Monday, but on occassion someone will have a weekend game night. Since we are all adults, it's not hard to imagine most of us have pretty busy home lives. But if you ever want to play a game on a weekend, just ask around. You can usually find someone willing to play.

Hey don't let me influence your decision on what to bring. Just because I had an issue with it. Doesn't mean
A. That I won't play it again if other want to play it.
B. That I may be totally wrong.
C. I always try to give a game a second chance.

On a separate note? What the hell is Swamp sac?

Sometimes I will run a second night during the week. Not usually on the weekends.. Although its never totally out of the realm of possibilities.

Swamp sac is where it gets so hot that you start to sweat in the nether regions of your body haha.

I do feel completely inferior now that i looked through the library at Mike's collection. Wow!

No problem. i'm down for playing whatever sounds good myself.
